Description:
The monument is shaped like an upright stele standing on a concrete podium. It is painted in a bright blue color.
There are two plaques on the monument. The upper plaque has a dedication text while another (a modern one) indicates that the present monument stands at the military burial site protected by law.
The two metal screws stick out from the stele identifying the spot. where once another plaque was affixed. It was installed in 1990x. Yiddish text was written on it [Tamara Vershitskaya, "Molodechno'" in Kholokost na territorii SSSR, ed. Il'ya, Al'tman (Moskva: ROSSPEN, 2011), p. 616].
The surrounding territory of the monument is well-maintained and resembles a small alley.

The monument is situated 1.5 km from Molodechno, near the Molodechno-Vileiika Road.
It stands on the mass grave of 600 Jews, who were shot to death at the end of 1941 and in October 1942. However, there is no any mention of Jews in the dedicative plaque's text.
