Description

The monument is a massive boulder standing on a granite base that. 

On the rough surface of the boulder, there is a memorial plaque that bears three non-identical inscriptions: in Belarusian, Russian, and Hebrew. At the bottom of the plaque, there is an additional inscription identifying the foundations that erected the monument. 

The monument stands on the earthen embankment. The enclosed path leads to the monument. 

Inscription

In Belarusian: 

Ахвярам нацызму.
У студзені 1942 года каля 400 яўрэяў -
жыхароў мястэчка Налібокі - 
былі адведзены ў Навагрудскае гета
і там па-зверскм расстраляныя 

Translation: To the victims of Nazism / In January 1942 about 400 Jews - / residents of the town of Naliboky - / were taken to the Navogrudok ghetto / and there were brutally shot to death. 

In English:  

To the victims of Nazism. 
In January 1942
400 Jews from the town of Naliboky
were taken to the ghetto of Novagrudok
and brutally murdered there 

In Hebrew: 

לזכר 400 קורבנות היהודים
מהעיר נליבוקי הי׳׳ד 
שנלקחו לגטו נובגרודוק
ונרצחו שם על ידי הנאצים
בינואר 1942
ת.נ.צ.ב.ה

Translation: In memory of the 400 Jewish victims / From the town of Naliboky, may God avenge their blood / that were taken to the ghetto of Novagrudok / and were murdered there by the Nazis /  In January 1942/ May their souls be bound in the bundle of life.
