The monument is situated near a "tree of shared memory" to the Polish Jews murdered in 1939–1945 and to the Poles who died helping Jews.

A block marking a "tree of shared memory" - one of the blocks in Memorial Route of Martyrdom and Struggle of Jews, is situated at the other side of the tree (see here).
