Description
The monument is located in the Jewish cemetery in Ustia Zelene. It is a tombstone-shaped stele. A Magen David, Hebrew and Ukrainian inscriptions are carved on the monument. The Hebrew inscription is more specific than the Ukrainian, it mentions the Victims from Ustia Zelene, who were buried in the cemetery and also somewhere else. The Ukrainian inscription is dedicated to the Jewish Holocaust Victims in general.

Translation: Here are buried / here were murdered Jews, who we do not know by name, from this village, in the years of butchery 1943 / and here are names of people that were not buried here / that were killed for the sanctification of the Name. [Followed by the list of names]

Translation: In the memory of the holy Martyrs Jews of Ustia Zelene that were ruthlessly killed by the Nazi murderers

According to the photo, the first memorial in the Jewish cemetery in Ustia Zelene was erected before 1998. Apparently, it does not exist now. Later in the 2010s, another monument appeared in the cemetery with very similar inscriptions to those of the first monument.
