товариством зі збереження й захисту єврейських кладовищ в Європі
(ESJF) за сприяння Федеративної Республіки Німеччина в памʼять про
загиблу в роки Шоа єврейську громаду мiста Ужгород.

In Hebrew:

הגדר החדשה הוצבה באמצעות ESJF יוזמת בתי הקברות היהודיים באירופה
במימון הממשלה הפדרלית של גרמניה
לזכר הקהילה היהודית של אוז'הורוד שהושמדה במהלך שואת יהודי אירופה

In German: 

Die neue Zaun des jüdischen Friedhofes wurde von der ESJF Gemeinnützigen
Geselschaft zur Erhaltung und zum Schutz jüdischer Friedhöfe in Europa
gefördert von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, zur Erinnerung an die in den
Holocaust-Jahren vernichtete jüdische Gemeinde der Stadt Ushhorod
