Description
The monument is located on the mass grave in Demydivka. It is a black stone rectangular headstone with Ukrainian and Yiddish inscriptions. A Magen David is carved above the inscriptions. The headstone sits atop a concrete base. An asphalt path and several steps lead to the monument.

Translation: At this place, over 3,000 residents of Jewish ethnicity of the Demydivka Village were shot by the German occupiers in October 1942.
Yiddish:
דא איז דער בּרודער - קבר פון
3000 יידן פון שטעטל דעמידאווקע
זקנים, פרויען און קינדער דערשאָ -
סענע פארפײַניקטע, לעבעדיק
בּאגראבּענע אין 1942 דורך די
היטלעריסטישע בלוטיגע מערדער

Translation: Here is the mass grave of 3,000 Jews from the shtetl Demidovke: elderly people, women, and children, shot down, tormented, buried alive in 1942 by the Hitler's bloody murderers. Their memory will forever remain in our hearts and the hearts of all future generations.
