According to ESJF European Jewish Cemeteries Initiative, the exact period of the cemetery’s establishment is unknown. According to the Commission on the Preservation of Jewish Heritage, the cemetery was founded in the 19th century. It can be found marked on a Russian map of the region from the 1900s. The perimeter is surrounded by a destroyed masonry wall. There are approximately 200 gravestones.
