The Brown velvet Torah mantle consists of a cloak and linning.
The rectangular cloth cloak is made of two parts and is attached at the upper border, leaving two openings for Torah Scroll rods. It opens in its lower part on both sides. The cloth bears a decoration which encircles a dedicatory inscription. A Torah^crown~ appears above the wreath flanked by an inscription which reads:
"כתר ## תורה" "Torah ## Crown"
Underneath the crown, two undulating lines come out of the crown and are mounted over two lions, one on each side. The lions are attached to branches which are connected at there lower parts, surmounted The lions are attached to branches which are connected at their lower parts, surmounted by a heart-shaped line. The lions hold a star of David. The star of David encircles a date inscription which reads: "תרפ"ו" "1926"
Between the two branches a dedicatory inscription is embroidered in filled square letters and reads:
" לזכרון ## נשמת ## הבחור ## זיסי ## בלאנאר"
"In memory of ## the soul of ## the boy ## Zissy ## Blanar"
The brown lining is decorated in a pineapple shape.
