This is a portrait of the Vitesbk painter Yehuda Pen. Pen is depicted as an older man with a hat. He has a short thick beard, a snub nose, and closed eyes. Inscriptions- below the portrait written in French: "Mon Maitre le paintre Pen" translating to "My Instructor/Master the painter Pen" and "J. Pen" written below the beard.
