Fol. 150:

On the lower part of the middle column is a rectangular schematic map illustrating the biblical text and Rashi commentary of Ezekiel 45:1-7 which describes the division of Jerusalem in the days of the Third Temple (Ezekiel 45:1-7).

Above the map is the inscription: "And this is the shape of the oblation" (והי' לך צורת התרומה).   The rectangle is divided horizontally into three sections: two narrow sections on the top and bottom and a wider section in the centre, which is also divided into three compartments – two narrow ones on the right and a wider square one on the left, inside which is a smaller rectangle. The inscriptions in the different sections indicate the attributions and measurements appearing in the text.  The map is oriented to the east (מזרח) as inscribed in the top section.

The small rectangle in the centre section is inscribed "theTempleMount five hundred" (הר הבית/חמש מאות).  Surrounding this on each side is an inscription reading "place for the houses" (מקום לבתים ) referring to the place allocated for the houses of the priests.  To the right of this are the two narrow compartments inscribed (from right to left): "five thousand breadth, the possession of the city" (חמשת/ אלפים/ רחב/ אחוזת/ העיר), and "ten thousand breadth, the donation of the Levites" (עשרת/אלפים/רחב/תרומת/הלוים).  To the left of the centre section, outside the border of the map is a vertical inscription reading "twenty-five thousand length" (ארך כה אלפים).

The sections on the top and on the bottom are allocated for the prince (נשיא).  The upper section is inscribed "to the prince before the possession of the city and the oblation of the holy portion" (לנשיא על פני אחוזת העיר/ותרומת הקודש).  To the left of this is a vertical inscription reading "the east side" (פאת קדמה).  To the left of this, outside the border of the map is inscribed "eastward" קדמה.  The bottom section is inscribed "to the prince before the possession of the city" לנשיא על פני אחוזת העיר).  To the left of this is a vertical inscription reading "from the west side eastward"  (מפאת ים קדמה) (This must be a copying mistake since the text of Ezekiel 45:7 reads "from the west side westward") and to the left of this is inscribed "and the oblation of the holy portion" (ותרומת הקודש).
