Fol. 152v:
Set on the upper half of the page is a large rectangular map without bordering line on the bottom, executed in ink by scribe A, set at the end of the Rashi commentary for the book of Ezekiel, above the opening word "The vision" ( חזון ) for the book of Isaiah. The map is oriented to the east as inscribed above the centre of the map "East of theLandofIsrael" ( מזרח ארץ ישר' ). The map is composed of a central rectangle divided into compartments of varying sizes which is flanked by seven long narrow strips of equal size on the left (i.e. to the north) and four matching ones on the right (i.e. to the south). Each strip is inscribed with the name of the tribe to whom the portion is allotted according to the text. On the left side are "Dan" (דן), "Asher" (אשר), "Naphtali" (נפתלי), "Menasseh" (מנשה), "Ephraim" (אפרים), "Reuven" (ראובן), "Yehuda" and on the right side are "Binyamin" (בנימין), "Simeon" (שמעון), "Yissachar" (יששכר) and "Zevulun" (זבולון). Missing on this side, after Zevulun, is the strip of Gad. The scribe wrote a vertical marginal note at the top of the page reading “And I, the scribe am surprised that I did not find the tribe of Gad illustrated.” ( ואני הכותב תמהתי שלא מצאתי/ שבט גד מצוייר) (See Scribal notes in General document). Beneath the portion of Zevulun is an inscription "west" (מערב).
The centre square is divided horizontally into one narrow section on the top inscribed: "oblation of twenty five thousand breadth before the oblation of the holy portion and the possession of the city" ( תרומה כ"ה אלף רוחב לנשיא על פני תרומת הקודש ואחוזת העיר ) and one open section on the bottom inscribed: "???"לנשיא על פני תרומת הקודש ואחוזת העיר ורצועה זו היתה רחבה/כ"ה אלפים אורך כ(?)כל הארץ והופרש באמצעה רבוע של כ"ה אלפים/על כ"ה אלפים לשלש רצועות נחלה. Both of these sections are allocated to the prince, according to Ezekiel 48:21.
In the centre of these two sections is a wider section, divided into compartments of varying sizes. It contains a large compartment on the left and two narrower compartments on the right. The large compartment on the left contains a rectangle inscribed vertically within "The Temple Mount" (הר הבית). Surrounding the rectangle on all four sides are vertical inscriptions "The Priests" (כהנים). On the upper section of this large compartment is inscribed "oblation for the Priests from the large oblation" תרומה לכהנים מתוך התרומה הגדולה and on the bottom section is inscribed "ten thousand" (עשרת אלפים).
