To the main object: Synagogue in Rymanów, Poland
© Boris Khaimovich, Photographer: Khaimovich, Boris, 2004

The main structure is based on a rectangular shape, with the prayer hall measuring 11 m x 14 m and walls 11 m high and 2 m thick. On the southern side there are a number of windows on the lower level that opened into the women's section. At the end of the 19th century the synagogue was reconstructed. A four-pillar bimah supporting the vault was built in the center of the prayer hall. The niche of the Torah Ark was also preserved.

The walls of the synagogue were decorated with tables of text placed in semicircular niches around the perimeter of the building. They were likely created in the 19th century.

On the northern and southern walls of the synagogue there are fragments of murals preserved that were originally painted in the early 20th century. The paintings represent the cycle of the Four Animals as well as Holy places in Jerusalem.
