The following description was prepared by William Gross:

A miniature poem of praise written for Herz of Vilna, created in an acrostic form, the first letters of each sentence spelling out "Hagvir ha-Mefusam khr"r Herz".  On the front cover is a lovely miniature micrographic drawing of the tablets of the law.
