The following description was prepared by William Gross:

Even if from the modern period of the State of Israel, this amulet is exceptionally long and has color, a most unusual characteristic. It contains much text, many angel's names and a few diagrams. A very long amulet written entirely in square Hebrew script, this talisman is to protect the woman for whom it was made, Ninah bat Zalchah, from just about any evil imaginable.

The depiction of a sword/knife indicates that the amulet was made for somebody from Iraqi Kurdistan, where this type of very long amulet was used along with this typical Kurdish depiction of the sword.
