This unusual Italian manuscript contains a compilation of Segulot, Kame'ot and Refuot in Hebrew and Italian.  The scribe uses diagrams that were in use by Christian kabbalists and are not normally seen in the more traditional Hebrew manuscripts of this sort.  On the title page it is stated "it is forbidden to use them except in the greatest need". In another unusual characteristic, the book is arranged like a Latin book, from left to right.

The book is divided into two parts, one that uses the Christian Kabbalah images and a second part that deals with Jewish Kabbalah in a traditional manner.
