This prayer book was written for the three pilgrimage holidays by an accomplished scribe with a fine hand. The title page is beautifully decorated and in several places words are outlined in red, a technique used frequently in the 19th century by scribes in Yemen. The book gives the date, place, and the name of the scribe. It is bound in the original leather binding with leather closures and blind stamped covers in Islamic style.
