The following description was prepared by William Gross:
An early version of what was the standard form of birth amulet in Jerusalem, the imagery presents both a protective angel and a hand, represented by the traditional form of the "wisdom of the hand" and the central element of the hamsa, providing protective values to the printed sheet. This version of the amulet contains the Shir LeMa'alot, a "Lachash" against the evil eye by the Chida, and the story of Eliyahu meeting Lilit. This sheet was printed by a Jewish printer in Beirut which was used as a basis for the typical Jerusalem amulet printed by Yitzhak Levi. This is the same printing as used. Except that in this case the printer's name is at the bottom - Shlomo Eliyahu Man - as well as the name on them both of a man, Rachmamim Yosef Yadid, who was apparently the publisher of the amulet.
