Description

The following description was prepared by William Gross:

This is a typical jerusalem amulet but was printed by one of the most famous of Hebrew printers in Morocco, joseph lugassi.  lugassi immigrated to Israel in 1948 and immediately continued his publishing activities in Israel, of which this amulet is one example. The amulet contains the typical jerusalem images of a schematic angel and the wisdom of the hand.  the text mentions that the amulet is based on the tradition of the ba'al shem tov. This amulet is based on the model developed by Yitzhak nachum levi.
