Description

The following description was prepared by William Gross:

This is a second amulet in the Gross Family Collection that was written, apparently, for the same Avraham ben Rivka who is mentioned in amulet 027.012.016. This amulet contains an unusually large amount of angel writing which is divided into such writing of particular angels and three different alphabets of general angel script. There are represented as well a very stylied version of the Raziel image for success, three images of the Magen David also taken from Raziel, a magic square and three almost humanoid diagrams that are very unusual.

The scroll talisman has been written for a male, Avraham ben Rivka, for his general protection with a specific guarding against bad thoughts.

Made For:                        Avraham ben Rivka
