The scroll is formed of 5 sheets containing 13 columns of the text with 29 lines each, except for col. 11 with 11 lines divided into two parts.
The first four membranes contain 3 columns of text and the last one contains a single column of text.
The text is inscribed in the Amsterdam letters with tagin, in dense black ink on the flesh side of the parchment membranes that are stiff.
The letters ח (Es. 1:6) and ת (Es. 9:29) are enlarged. Other enlarged and diminished letters are included in col. 11.
The ruling - made with a hardpoint - is barely visible.
The pricking is visible on the right edge of the first membrane and on the left edge of the last membrane.
The membranes in the scroll are stitched together.
