The silver spice^container consists of a base, a shaft and a body.

The base is square and raised. The shaft is cylindrical and undulating and is decorated with rings.

The container is globular and its centre is encircled by a weavy rim. The upper side of the container is pierced.

The cover on top of the container is separated. It is round and it is topped by a handle in the shape of a flower. The dedicatory inscription is engraved in linear cursive letters and reads: Offerta della Signora Giuseppina Acur Consolo anno 5645. ! Gift of Mrs Giuseppina Acur Consolo year 5645=(1885)!
