The silver amulet is composed of a case and a hanger. The rectangular case has two sides and is closed by nails. At one side the case is decorated by a central Star^of^David bearing the word: שדי !Shaddai!, engraved in outline letters filled by a quadriculate pattern. It is surrounded by a floral scroll shaping a frame and filled by a decorative pattern at the points of the star. The composition is surrounded by a linear frame. The other side of the case is decorated by a central and round cartouche bearing the inscription:

!Thou art mighty forever O Lord! (Initial letters),
engraved in outline letters filled by a quadriculate pattern. It is set within a floral pattern that emerge from a vase. The composition is surrounded by a linear frame. The upper part of the amulet consist in a domed roof decorated with an openwork vegetal pattern. It is surmounted by a round hanger.
