The silver oval Torah shield consists of a plate.

The edges of the upper part are in a shape of a trifoiled arch.

The center depicts a bouquet of flowers,leaves and stems radiating from a big basket. The lower part of the basket is in a shape of a drum and above it an upper part in a shape of a fan. Two handles are set on both sides of the basket. Three rocais are placed symmetrically in diffrent directions on both sides of the shield. On the lower part beneath the basket a lily flower is depicted. On the upper part above the rocais a sunflower is depicted. The shield is framed with bands of geometrical patterns.

Five rings with bells are attached to the lower edges. A long chain is inserted through two rings connected to both ends of the arch which tops the shield.
