The following description was prepared by William Gross:
An unusual Moroccan manuscript of practical kabbalah, this book is filled with the forms of different figures for each of the amuletic formulas. These figures apparently represent the figure of the person whom the amulet was intended to protect. The manuscript still must be researched fully, but seems to be the only such fancifully illustrated amulet manuscript known today.
It was written by Yitzhak Biton of Marrakesh in the early 20th century, whose family is now in Israel and has several other manuscripts from his hand, but no other Kabbalistic works. On many of these pages, the names of both angels and devil are mentioned, something that is generally forbidden in the writing of amulets.
