A very wide and long amulet written for a male recipient, containing among the dense texts the image of a Shiviti. The name of the person who is the carrier of the amulet appears, but it is a secondary name.  The original name has been erased and replaced by this new person.  It is an interesting secondary use of an amulet. Perhaps because it is so large and elaborate, there was not desire to put it in a Genizah but to use it again for another person in need. the number of kabbalistic images appearing on this amulet are far more than the norm.
