The Passover Seder plate is round, with a raised rim. The central decoration consists of two rampant lions, facing outwards, sticking out their tongues. The lions are holding a banner inscribed with the Principles of the Seder: "פסח##מצה##מרור" "Pesach, Matzah, Maror." Underneath the banner appears the date "1811." Two tulips stem from the banner one on each side.

On the rim appear the words for the order of the Passover Seder. In square fieled letters it is read: "קדש ורחץ כרפס יחץ מגיד רחצה מוצא מצה מרור כורך שלחן עורך צפון ברך הלל" The word: "נרצה" "Nirzha", for the last part of the Order, appears in the center of the plate under the banner.
