The Book of Esther in Hebrew
The scroll is formed of 8 membranes, containing in total 42 columns of 12 (?) lines each, except for the column containing the section with the names of Haman's sons which includes 11 lines divided into two half-columns.
The text is written in Hebrew square Italian script with tagim in dark brown (?) ink on the flesh side of the parchment membranes.
The letter ח (Es. 1:6) is enlarged and bolded. Other enlarged and diminished letters are included in the column with the Haman's sons section.
The membranes in the scroll are stitched together.
