The hanging back-walled Hanukah lamp is made of brass and consists of a row of oil containers, a back wall and a hanger. A row of eight rectangular spouted oil containers is fastened to the back wall. ## The round arched openworked back wall decoration consists of a a central tree trunk with stylized branches which bear flowers and leaves emerging symmetrically from its sides. Two birds facing each other flank the base of the trunk. Two fishes and two smaller birds are integrated within the branches.The wall is decorated with foliate scrolls and dots.
