Vol. I, fol. 87: The repeated initials “Not to” שלא)) for six negative precept are written in display script one above the other against red filigree pen-work, forming a vertical panel decorated by blue rosettes. Red and blue medallions inhabited by two-legged hybrids and a fowl in spared-ground technique are placed between the initials. Flourishes extend from the corner rosettes into the margins.
