The Sacrifice of Isaac (Gen. 22: 1-13) is depicted on the bottom right panel.

Young Isaac, wearing a loin cloth, is seen lying on the ground on his back. his eyes peer upward to his father's face and his hands are behind him.

Abraham is in a kneeling and his bare left foot may be seen He is wearing a long robe and has long hair and a beard. In his left hand he holds a sword while embracing Isaac's shoulder with his right hand..

An altar built of faggotss appears at the bottom left while the fire is seen burning inside an amphora on the upper right side of the panel.

A winged, robed angel emerges from the upper right corner preventing Abraham from slaying Isaac with his left hand while his right hand is raised and pointing upwards.

A ram caught by its horns and head between two branches appears to the right of the panel.

A tall tree and a few curved lines, which may represent mountains, appear behind and above Abraham.

 

A Hebrew inscription in square filled letters appears above the scene, reads: "עקידת יצחק" "The Sacrifice of Isaac".
