This section of the western wall of the synagogue's prayer hall contains inscriptions related to the accompanying mural of the Western Wall in Jerusalem.

The inscription above the frame reads:

מלאכת הציור הוא מעשה ידי אהרן יוסף בן מוה"ר שמואל גארפינקעל

(The work of this painting was done by the hands of Aharon Yosef, son of our teacher R. Shmuel Gorfinkel).

The inscription inside the frame reads:

פתחו שערים ויבא גוי צדיק שומר אמונים

(Open the gates, and the righteous nation that keeps faith shall enter. [Isaiah 26:2]).

The inscription below the frame reads:

לזכר עולם יוחק שם המתנדב על מלאכת הציור של בהמ'ר ה"ה ר' משה בן ר' קלמן אנגער הלוי בשנת תרצ"ו

(The name of the donor for the work of [this] painting of the Beit Midrash, Mr. R. Moshe, son of R. Kalman Unger Ha-Levi, is [here] inscribed for an eternal memory. In the year [5]696 [1935-1936]).
