Jewish Holocaust Victims from Zbarazh, who were murdered and buried here

Description:

The monument is located on the mass grave near the oil station in Zbarazh. It resembles a grave marker; a white obelisk on a flat concrete base. The front side of the obelisk bears a Magen David and Hebrew and Russian inscriptions. The back side has additional information in Hebrew about the Rabbi from Podvolochysk, who was also buried here.

Translation: Here are buried more than two thousand Jews killed by murderers from Germany between the days 2 Nisan - 7 Sivan 1943 / May their souls be bound in the bundle of life

евреев, зверски
расстрелянных
немецко-фашистскими
бандитами в 1943 г.

Translation: Here buried more than two thousand Jews, brutally shot by the German-fascist bandits in 1943.

TranslationEternal memory to the murdered brothers.

On the back of the monument (Hebrew):
