Description:
The monument is situated on the killing site.
The monument is made from wood, and resembles traditional Lithuanian roofed pole or roofed pillar. A Yiddish inscription occupies its central part; beneath it, there is a Lithuanian inscription. A Star of David is depicted on a side of the plaque, next to the Yiddish inscription.

On July 7, 1941, Giedraičiai white armbanders and police shot eight people (seven of whom were Jews) deep in the Kamaraučizna forest.
At the beginning of August, 1941, police chief Petras Zaremba assembled about 20 white armbanders and ordered them to arrest 17 Jews in Giedraičiai. They marched the next to the Kamaraučizna forest, Zaremba ordered all those detained to line up and began shooting them.
The monument is from 1990s, exact date unknown.
On August 26, 2010, the monument was registered in the State Cultural Register of the Republic of Lithuania as a site of national importance (no.33594).
