The round plate has a raised rim. There is a schematic depiction of a figure in the center. He is facing front but both his feet are turned to the left. A round Mazah is depicted in the center of his chest. His arms are connected to his waist like handles and his floats above his head. There is a chain around his arm that is attached as a leash to a small lamb to the right of him. The lamb faces left. The figure and the lamb are flanked by a pair of knives on either side of them, at the level of the lamb. A conal goblet floats above the lamb. There are three Stars of David on the plate, one on each side of the depiction and one underneath it. The stars are in a round frame and each point of the triangle is encircled. Each star bears an inscription in the center that reads in a clockwise direction: "Pesach, Mazah, Maror". The center of the plate is framed by floral scrolls with lillies and rosettes. The rim is inscribed with the order of the Seder. Each word is inscribed within a foliate medallion and have a flower underneath them.
