The rimon is made of silver and consists of a shaft, a body, and an apex The shaft is undulating and has two rings at bottom and centre. It is surmounted by an hemispahric capital. The shaft bears a dedicatory inscription. The oval body has a an encircling ring at centre. Six rings are attached to the ring carrying chains with globular bells. Two inscriptions encircle both sides of the ring. The lower one is a dedicatory inscription. The upper inscription is engraved in square letters filled with zig-zag lines, and reads: קדש לה' תורה צוה לנו משה מורשה קהלת יעקב "Dedicated to the Lord, followed by: Deut. 33:4" The apex is in the shape of disk bearing a star and topped by a flower.##The dedicatory inscription on the shaft reads towards the body and is engraved in outline letters: קדש לה' ##לעילוי נשמת המ' )המנוח( איוב בן אליהו##ונבט בן חכם##נפ' )נפטר( י"ח בטבת##תשמ"ז "Dedicated to the Lord##for the exaltation of the soul of the late (int.)Job son of Elijah##and Navat Ben Hakham##passed away 18th in Tevet (5)747=(1987)" The dedicatory inscription which appears on the body is engraved in square letters filled with zig-zag lines and reads: דניאל בן הר' יעקב המ' משיח שנה התרצ'ה "Daniel son of the R. Jacob, the late (int.) Messiah, the year 5695=(1935)"
