Who is Commemorated?
Jews killed in the Holocaust, with plaques added later dedicated to victims of antisemitic attacks in Argentina.
Description
This monument, situated at an intersection of paths within the cemetery, sits on a circular concrete base. It is shaped like an obelisk covered in white plaster, with a Magen David inscribed at the top of the front face. Two plaques are mounted beneath the Magen David, and a third sits on a small stone directly in front of the obelisk.
Inscriptions
The upper plaque is inscribed in Yiddish, Hebrew, and Spanish, but the inscriptions in Yiddish and Hebrew are heavily degraded.
