The rounded octagonal cup has a lid and a handle. The wide round base tapers at the top and bears an arched design surmounted by a ring of diamonds alternating with vertical lines. Each rectangular facet comes to a pointed peak in the center at top a and bottom and bear depictions of crests surmounted by inscriptions. Each oval crest is surmounted by a knights helmet with foliate scrolls emerging from the sides. The depictions inside the ovals are: an unidentified animal or figure above a checkered wall surmounted by the letters "DVB", there are three feather plumes emerging from the top of the helmet, three gun powder horns one above the other surmounted by the letters "DVS", there are three feather plumes emerging from the top of the helmet, a nude figure with a wavy scarf above its head standing by a checkered wall, there is a similar figure with hands at the waist standing above the helmet, two crossed prongs surmounted by the letters "DVK", there is a nude figure witha scarf above it heads holding two crossed prongs in its arms above the helmet, a horizontal narrow rectangular border with diagonal lines in it surmounted by the letters "DVK", there is a flame with a similar border diagonally across it on topof the helmet, a torch with a flame on top surmounted by the letters "DVK", there is a similar torch above the helmet, a grid design surmounted by the letters "DVE", three feather plumes emerge from the top of the helmet and the last one bears a depiction of two birds tail to tail with a fountain spewing water above them surmiunted by the letters "DVZ", there is one feather emerging from the helmet In between each rectangle at topand bottom are hearts composed of inverted scrolls. the rim of the cup is stepped and turns out. The domed lid bears asimilar heart shape design with a trefoil in the center. These are surmounted by cartouches which bear a dedicatory inscription in square filled letters it reads: "Bought from the alms box buy the prominent the sextons the esteemed Rabbi Rabbi Moshe Minster,and the esteemed Rabbi Rabbi Beer Greenbaum,and the esteemed Rabbi Rabbi Meir Haleli,and the esteemed Rabbi Rabbi Itzek Toicher in the year [5]574=(1814)". The center of the lid is raised and has a six leafed flower in the center with an undulating bud shaped apex. The ear shaped handle has a nude female figure along it holding foliage in her arms.
