The two leveled silver Torah crown consists of a main part and a crest. Each level is composed of a base and arms. The coronet-shaped base of the main part is composed of a circumferal band, surmounted by a pattern of palmettes leaves. The band which is placed between two horizontal rings of dots is decorated with foliate motife and bears a dedicatory inscription. In three lines of square fieled letters it is read: "זה הכתר תורה שייך להחבורה##מגידי תהילים דפה קאמיניץ הבירה##יע"א )יבנה עירו אמן(" "This crown belongs to the society of reciters of Psalms here Kamenets the capital, may He build His city, amen." Eight arms that weiden in the center are attached to the base between the palmettes. Each arm is based on a cartousce with a bird surounded by vine scrolls and grapes, and is decorated in the upper part with foliate motives which surrounded by a rim of dots pattern. The arms are connected together in their wide part by a horyzontal wavy band from which hang bells and they are joined together on top by a crest which repeats the shape of the main part but lack the bands with the bells.
