The Torah case is formed of ten facets and is surmounted by a wooden coronet. It is divided into two vertical halves, closed by a hook in the front and joined by two hinges on the back. A wooden arcade frames the upper borders of the case, and an additional faceted frieze frames its lower borders.

Each facet is decorated with a vase with a triangular base and flowers, set vertically. The body is surmounted by a faceted coronet, formed of the upper rims of the body. Each unit is formed as a two petaled flower.

The red coloured roof is decorated with foliate scrolls. Two holes for the staves are on the roof and in the base.

The inner face is plain wood, covered with a checkered cloth.

Loops for hanging a wrapper surround the top of the case.
