The silver Torah shield is rectangular and terminates with a semi circular arch. A rectangular palque is located on the center. It consists of inscription written in square filled letters. It reads: "כתר תורה" "Crown of Torah". The plaque is surmounted by a flower surrounded by large leavs with foliate scrolls. Above it there is a medalion surrounded by leavs and scrolls. Below the main palque there is empty rectangular paluqe, with a frame composed of small leavs. The paluqes flank by scrolled branchs bearing flowers and leaves located symmetricaly. The Torah shield is framed by a band decorated with flowers and two intertwind ribbons one is plain and the second composed of dots.
