The silver Torah shield is rectangular. A central trapezoid plaque bears an inscription with square linear letters: "כ" )כתר( "ת" )תורה( "Crown of Torah" The plaque is flanked by two lions salient regardant with reaviling tongue. They stand on a diagonal grid . At the bottom of the shield there is a band with vertical grooves. The shield is framed with a dotted raised band. Two holes are pierced in the middle of each letter.
