The green Torah^mantle consists of a cloak and lining. ##The rectangular cloth cloak is made of two parts and is attached at the upper border, leaving two openings for Torah Scroll rods. It has two stiches one on each side. The cloth's upper part is decorated with a Torah^crown flanked with the initials of: " כ)תר( ת)ורה(" "Torah crown" ## The central part consists of a dedicatory inscription encircled by two branches which are tied at their bottom. The inscription is in square filled letters and reads: "נדבת##אשה טובת לב##לכבוד שבת##ויום טוב##תרפ לפק". "This was donated by ##a good hearted woman##for the honour of Shabath and festivals##1900"
