A marble stone that looks like a part of an ancient column is the main part of the sculpture. On it at its bottom two blue iron rods are attached, drilled in, as if the date-palm trees they depict spring out of the stone. On the upper part of the stone, above the trees, another iron rod with a ring at its end is attached. The idea that trees come out of stone is based at the notion of flowering the desert.
