The silver Torah pointer consists of a bar and a pointer.
The bar is divided into an upper arm and a forearm
The upper arm is flat. On one side it is decorated with foliate pattern and the second it bears a dedicatory inscription At the top of the upper arm is a looped hanger inserted through a ring. The flat forearm tapers towards the pointer. One side is decorated with geometric pattern . The reverse side is smooth. The forearm terminates with a straight hand and a straight index finger. The dedicatory inscription on the forearm is engraved in outline letters,and reads towards the pointer, and reads:
ק!ל נדבת ע!ה סלימן עטיא !Dediacted to the Lord (int.), donated by the servant of the Lord (int.)Saliman Atia!
