  Synagogue in Dąbrówno, Poland

The Synagogue in Dąbrówno was built at the turn of the XVIII-th and XIX-th centuries. After 1945 it served as a storehouse. However later, the building was abandoned and deteriorated. In its interior, there remained fragments of polychromes.

On January 28th 1994, the building was added to the register of monuments of the Olsztyn Voivodship under the number A-4250. In 2002 an information board with the following contents was attached to the outside wall of the synagogue: “Here, before World War II, there was a synagogue.” With the beginning of 2010 the Warsaw based Foundation- Zmiana (English: Change), which transformed the building into the Meryba Center gallery.
