The small vestibule (7x2.5m) covered by cross vault. The vault and the lunettes were decorated with foliate patterns in which are incorporated animals, Jewish symbols and textual plaques and medallions with inscriptions. The textual plaques partly survived on the walls. The main portal to the prayer hall decorated by architectural ornamentation and dedicatory inscriptions. The murals (in bad condition before restoration) seem monochrome: predominate black, ocher and burgundy colors on a gray background.
The murals of the vestibule were made, according to the inscriptions, in two stages. The first stage relates to 1696 and the second stage refers to 1736 - 1742. The master Joseph son of Eliezer performed the second stage of the decoration. The inscriptions are preserved very fragmentary.
