The copper plate is round with a rased and wide rim. In the center it depicts Samson rending the Lion. Samson stands behind the lion and is tearing with his hands the lion's jaw. He is bearded with long hair and he wears an armour and sandals. The lion is standing in prophil with head that is turned upwards by the hands of Samson. Its tounge is reaviled through the open jaw. The scene takes place on a background of trees and it is surrmounted by a dedicatory inscription inscribed in square and fieled letters: "זאת נדבים שמואל יעקב ב"ר)בן רבי( בושה בצלאל הכהן ו"ז)וזוגתו( מרת חיי גיטעל בת ר')רבי( ארי' דוב הלוי תחי" "This is a donation of Samuel Jacob son of Rabbi Busha Bezalel Ha-Cohen and his wife Mrs. Haia Gitel Daughter of Rabbi Arie Dov Ha-Levi may she live (a long life)". The rim of the plate is decorated with a pattern of foliate scrolls.
