The picture below the centered text (Esther 2:14-3:8) represents Esther, being brought to Ahasuerush, illustrates Esther 2:16. On the other three sides of the frame a hunting scene is depicted on a decorated background. The picture below the text illustrates 2:16: "So Esther was taken unto king Ahasuerus". Ahasuerus is seen at his palace, in a room with arched windows. He is sitting on a pink throne, wearing a green robe and a yellow Tarbush. An old man is seen behind A. and 2 servants are sitting at his feet, holding fans. The left one, seen from the back is a black man, and the right one, frontally, is a white maid. Esther is presented in front of him. Her head is bowed modestly. She is wearing a green robe and a golden crown. Black servants are standing on her sides, holding a curtain behind her. A. seems to be very pleased of what he sees. The hunting scene on the other sides of the frame depicts, on both sides of the picture, a man, dressed in a yellow robe, pointing a bow towards four blue deer above him. They are running in an intertwining red plant, on a green background. Right above the text a man is sitting on the frame center in a yellow robe, blowing a horn. On both his sides, a horseman is riding a horse, while holding a spear. The horsemen are turning towards the escaping deer.
