The silver plaque is in the shape of a multifoiled arched.It is devided to two parts: an upper and a lower part.The upper part has a shape of a multifoiled arched. It is decorated with a foliage pattern, at its center. The lower part has a shape of the tablet of the convenent, bearing the ten comendments and a dedicatory inscription. The descriptions are engraved in six horizontal squer letters .The last line is the dedicatory inscription which reads from right to left: !קודש לי!י## לק!ק ברזאני! !Dedicated to the Lord ## To Barazani Holy congregation.!
