Modern Jewish Art
  Rabinovitch, Times of tranquility

© Center for Jewish Art, Photographer: Radovan, Zev, 1993
The sculpture is constructed of an iron circle on which a small date-palm tree is attached. Next to the tree a head of a hoe is also welded to the circlre. At the other side of the hoe, its sharper side is inserted into a fractured stone. The tree as well as the hoe stand for the idea of working the soil and together with the broken stone symbolize peacefull coexistance in this region.
